6. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Delivery takes 5–7 business days from US warehouses and 7–10 business days from China warehouses
- These are estimates — delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high demand
- Pawsvix is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country
7. Returns & Refunds
- We accept return/refund requests within 7 days of delivery
- Eligible cases include: damaged items, wrong product received, defective items
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size chosen by the customer

8. Limitation of Liability
Pawsvix shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or data resulting from the use of our products or site
- Damages resulting from delays or errors in shipping
- Any harm caused by misuse of our products
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
